Do you supply finished roller blinds or only the fabric?
Finished blinds, built to your specification and assembled with the tube, cassette or bracket, bottom bar and the control system you choose.
What is the MOQ for custom roller blinds?
Trial orders start at 2 pieces. Each blind is cut and assembled to order, so there is no minimum run to clear — approve the construction and finish on a small order, then we quote bulk quantities and terms separately.
Which control system should I choose?
Chain control is the standard and the cheapest. Cordless spring removes the chain altogether and is the usual choice where child-safety regulations apply. Motorized uses a rechargeable battery tubular motor, usually specified for high or hard-to-reach openings.
What is the difference between blackout and light-filtering roller blinds?
Blackout fabrics are coated, laminated or PVC-backed and block 100% of light through the fabric. Light-filtering fabrics are uncoated single-layer polyester at 45–60%, so the room keeps daylight. Side light leakage depends on how the blind is mounted, not on the fabric.
What does openness factor mean on screen fabrics?
Openness is the percentage of open area in the weave. A 5% screen lets more view and more light through than a 1% screen. Lower openness means more glare control and less outward view.
Are the fabrics washable?
The fabrics are waterproof and wipe-clean rather than washable. The PVC-coated screen series holds up best in kitchens, bathrooms and high-traffic commercial spaces.
Do you provide flame-retardant roller blinds?
Yes. The screen series uses fiberglass or polyester with a PVC coating and is inherently flame retardant. Blinds can be tested to NFPA 701 or CAN/ULC-S109 on request, which adds about 10 days.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Around 30 days from deposit, depending on volume, customization and material readiness. Standard samples take 3–5 working days.
