Who We Are
Shaoxing Dairui Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China. As a curtain supplier with its own factory, we focus on helping global buyers source custom curtains for wholesale, retail, and project applications.
The plant covers 10,000 m² in Yuecheng District, about 30 minutes from Hangzhou airport and two hours from Shanghai. Cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing all happen in our own factory.

inside Our Curtain Factory
Cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing all happen in our own factory. That is what lets us hold one approved sample as the production standard, instead of passing a specification down a chain of subcontractors and hoping it survives.
Lead time depends on the fabric. When your fabric is already in stock, our own capacity sets your delivery date and samples take 3–5 days. When the fabric has to be custom woven or dyed, add 15–20 days before sampling starts, plus the 800–1,000 m fabric minimum.

The SGS reports are fabric- and batch-level flame tests — our CAN/ULC S109 report (SL62606316314601TX, June 2026) covers a 353 g/m² single-layer curtain fabric, and NFPA 701 documentation is available for applicable fabrics. OEKO-TEX certified fabrics are available.

The flame test reports themselves
Not logos — the result pages, as issued by SGS. Full reports for the fabric in your quotation are available on request.
353 g/m² beige single-layer curtain fabric, small-flame test. Eight specimens lengthwise and widthwise: afterflame 0 seconds on every one, damage length 78–89 mm, no burning drops.
Woven curtain fabric, ten specimens. Average weight loss 12.7% against the 40% limit, no flaming droplets or debris. Complies as received.
Each report covers one fabric and one batch, not the whole range. Tell us which standard your market enforces before fabric selection — it is a fabric-level property, and it cannot be added once panels are sewn.
