Can I start with a trial order before committing to a custom print run?
Yes. Stock designs and plain colours ship from around 50 to 100 pcs, which is enough to test the shelf before you commit. Custom-printed designs start near 300 to 500 pcs per design or colourway for digital print, with higher setup MOQs for screen and rotary printing.
Should I order PEVA or coated polyester?
PEVA is a chlorine-free film that is waterproof on its own, the lightest and cheapest option, and works well as a detachable liner. Coated 100% polyester is a washable fabric that drapes like a textile and takes sharp prints, which suits decor retail and hospitality, but it must be finished with a PA or PU coating because the yarn itself wicks water.
Do you make sizes outside the standard 180 x 180 cm?
Yes. Alongside the 180 x 180 cm (72 x 72 in) global standard we run stall size 90 x 180 cm, extra-long 180 x 210 cm and 180 x 240 cm for North American tubs, and double-wide 240 x 200 cm for wet rooms. Anything outside that list is made to the measurements on your drawing.
How soon can a first order reach my warehouse?
Sampling takes 3 to 5 days, then bulk production runs about 30 days from deposit. Ocean freight adds roughly 15 to 25 days to the US West Coast or Australia and 30 to 40 days to the US East Coast or Europe, so plan the full timeline from the date you want it on shelf.
Do you support private label and custom prints?
