What is the difference between 100% linen, linen blend, and linen-look polyester?
100% linen is pure flax: natural slubs, a relaxed drape, and custom-only runs with higher MOQ. Linen blend (10–50% linen, rest polyester) keeps the linen character with better consistency and easier care, and is our most popular option. Linen-look polyester imitates the linen texture with the most consistent quality, flexible minimums and the lowest price.
Is linen-look polyester real linen?
No. It is 100% polyester woven to imitate linen’s texture and drape, with no flax. We also make real linen blends and 100% linen, so choose by positioning, budget and volume.
Which option is more suitable for bulk or private-label programs?
Linen blend and linen-look polyester scale best: consistent batches, moderate to flexible MOQ and easy care. 100% linen is custom-only, with higher minimums and longer lead times, so keep it for premium collections, design studios and projects where authentic fiber matters. Approve physical samples for colour, hand feel and drape before bulk.
Are natural slubs and irregularities defects in linen?
No. They are natural characteristics of flax. What matters is that bulk matches your approved sample: we check colour, hand feel, dimensions and construction against the approved standard before shipment.
Can linen curtains be lined for blackout?
Yes. Linen and linen-look fabrics can be made as lined or interlined blackout curtains, usually 220–400 gsm. Blackout construction is a separate system from the face fabric; see our Blackout Curtains page for the detail and tell us your light-blocking target when you request a quote.
What is the MOQ for linen curtains?
Trial orders of 50–100 panels are available on stock fabrics, subject to discussion. Custom fabrics start from 800–1,000 meters, and 100% linen needs higher minimums because of raw material cost.
How long does sampling take for linen curtains?
Standard samples take 3–5 working days. Special materials or non-standard construction are confirmed separately, and international shipping time is extra.
What certifications do your linen fabrics have?
OEKO-TEX and SGS documentation is available for applicable fabrics. Confirm that the document matches the material you select and your order requirement.
Can you provide private label packaging for linen curtains?
Yes. Custom swing tags, branded poly bags, header cards and retail-ready folded packaging for all linen styles. We can prepare the artwork or use yours, for wholesale orders and smaller brand quantities; packaging MOQ is confirmed per order.
