For most premium DTC programs, our linen-blend tier (30–70% linen) delivers the natural-fiber aesthetic at a more scalable cost. We confirm 100% linen feasibility on a project-by-project basis.
What's MOQ for private label sheer orders?
Standard MOQ for in-stock fabric tiers is 200 panels per style and color. For first-time customers, we accept trial orders of 50–100 panels subject to discussion. For custom-woven fabrics (including custom linen blends), the minimum is 800–1,000 meters of fabric.
How does GSM affect drape and price for sheers?
Higher GSM increases fabric weight, drape body, and per-panel cost. Lightweight 60–80 GSM polyester voile drapes airy and is priced for volume retail.
