Hotel curtain fabric options by weight, light block, and FR compliance. Blackout and FR fabrics are made to order — weight and construction are built to each project's spec. A woven blackout fabric passed the CAN/ULC-S109 small-flame flammability test (SGS, 2026); report available on request, and we confirm a matching test report for the fabric supplied on every order.

Hotel Curtain Sourcing FAQ

Seven questions procurement teams ask before committing to a curtain supplier.

Hotel curtain projects are scoped by property size and configuration, not by piece-count MOQ. A 200-room property typically translates to 800 to 1,200 panels (standard double-layer blackout plus sheer), and a 600-room property to 2,400 to 3,600 panels. Both are well above our standard fabric minimums. We accept any hotel project from boutique (50+ rooms) to large-scale chain properties. For trial samples or custom Pantone matching, we work case-by-case before bulk commitment.

Yes — both standards are available. We use either FR treatment (post-finish, adds roughly $0.40 to $0.80 per panel) or inherently FR fiber such as Trevira CS (adds $1.20 to $2.50 per panel). Roughly 70% of our hospitality projects choose inherently FR for long-term performance after repeated commercial washing.

Bulk lead time is 30+ days from deposit confirmation, including FR treatment and heat-setting where required. Samples take 3–5 working days. For phased property openings, we can stagger production to match interior construction milestones.

Yes. Most of our hospitality projects come through FF&E procurement agencies and interior contractors, not direct hotel ownership. We coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipment timing to align with broader FF&E consolidation schedules.

Yes. Lab dips for Pantone color matching cost $50 to $80 per color. We can match brand standard colors for hospitality chains or coordinate with interior designer color palettes for project-specific properties.

FR treatment is a post-finish chemical process — cost-efficient but loses effectiveness after 5–10 commercial wash cycles. Inherently FR fiber (such as Trevira CS) has flame resistance built into the polymer itself — permanent and unaffected by washing. For long-stay hospitality properties, inherently FR is typically chosen despite the higher per-panel cost.

Yes. We can pack by room type, by floor, or by property — including custom labels, hangers, or roll-packing per project specification. This is standard for projects coordinated through FF&E procurement agencies who need installation-ready shipments.
