Polyester voile or linen blend: which should I choose?
Polyester voile (60–90 GSM, 100% polyester) is colour-stable, easy-care and priced for volume retail. Linen blends (110–150 GSM, 10–50% linen) add natural slub and drape at a higher cost. 100% linen is made on custom order with a longer lead time and higher per-panel cost. These are market tiers, not quality tiers: both go through the same QC.
What is the MOQ for sheer curtains?
Trial orders of 50–100 panels are available on stock fabrics, subject to discussion. Custom-woven fabrics, including custom linen blends, start from 800–1,000 meters.
How does GSM change the drape of a sheer?
60–80 GSM voile drapes light and airy. 90–110 GSM holds its shape and looks fuller in photos. 110–150 GSM, including our in-stock sheer ranges, gives the heaviest drape. Choose by your retail price point and brand look.
Do you handle private label packaging?
Yes. Custom hangtags, branded poly bags, branded folding, gift boxes and barcode or SKU labels, or platform-ready packaging for e-commerce sellers.
How long does a container order take?
Bulk production is around 30 days from deposit; a full 40HQ order typically runs 35–45 days. Samples take 3–5 working days, and seasonal launches can be produced in phases to match your retail calendar.
