Three things you can ask for: colour cards, fabric swatches, and a finished curtain sewn to your specification. Colour cards and swatches are free — you cover the courier. A finished sample is charged, because it is a real panel made on the production line, and the fee can be negotiated back against your bulk order once you place it.
Preparation takes 3–5 working days on fabric we already hold. Everything ships with tracking.
What Samples Can You Get?

Colour cards
Free · courier at your cost
For locking a colour before you commit to a fabric. Numbered references so the colour you approve is the colour we cut.

Fabric swatches
Free · courier at your cost
For judging hand feel, weight, weave and how much light the fabric actually blocks — the things a photograph cannot tell you.

Finished curtain sample
Charged · negotiable back against your bulk order
A real panel sewn on the same line as your bulk order, packed the way your order will be packed. For checking stitching, heading, drape and finished dimensions.
How to Get Curtain Samples
Step 1: Request Our Catalog & Consultation
Contact our team to get the latest curtain catalog featuring fabric options and best-selling styles.
WhatsApp video calls available for live fabric and color previews, helping you make faster decisions.

Step 2: Select Fabric and Design
Tell us the market and the price band, and we will put forward fabric directions rather than a catalogue dump:
- Cotton, linen blend, faux linen, polyester and blends
- Blackout, sheer, velvet, jacquard
- Weight is what decides both handfeel and freight: sheers run 140–160 gsm, blackout runs 180–400 gsm, and 200–260 gsm is the usual band for DTC retail
If you already know the gsm you are replacing, say so — it is the fastest way to narrow the shortlist.

Step 3: Confirm Specifications
The details that decide whether the sample represents your bulk order:
- Fabric and finished dimensions
- Heading style: Ripplefold / Wave / S-fold, pinch pleat, pencil pleat, reverse tab, grommet, rod pocket
- Fullness ratio — 2–2.5× the track width is standard for lined pinch pleat and ripple fold. This is the number that drives fabric consumption, so it changes the price more than the fabric choice does
- Sewing and finishing details, lining, weights
- Labels, hang tags and packaging if the sample needs to show your branding

Step 4: Sample Production & Delivery
Finished samples are carefully packed and shipped to your address with tracking.
Sample preparation time: normally 3–5 working days
International shipping: confirmed separately and not included in the sample preparation lead time
Tracking: Provided for all shipments
Please note: actual sample production time may vary depending on the product and customization requirements, so we recommend confirming the timeline with our team.

Sample Cost Policy
What is free and what is not. Colour cards and fabric swatches: no charge. A finished curtain sample is charged, because it is produced the way your bulk order will be — same fabric, same heading, same stitching, same packing.
Freight is yours. We can ship on your own courier account, or invoice the freight, whichever you prefer. Tracking either way.
The fee is not final. Once the bulk order is placed, the sample fee can be negotiated back against it. Tell us up front that you intend to order and we will factor it in.
Why there is no flat price. A 140 gsm sheer panel to Germany and a 400 gsm blackout to Australia are not the same job. Send the specification and we will quote the sample cost together with the product quote, in the same email.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay for samples?
Colour cards and fabric swatches are free; you cover the courier. A finished curtain sample is charged, because it is a real panel sewn on the production line rather than an offcut.
Is the sample fee refundable?
It is negotiable back against your bulk order once the order is placed. Tell us at the sampling stage that you intend to order and we will take it into account in the quotation.
Who pays the shipping?
You do. We can ship on your own courier account, or pay the freight and invoice it to you, whichever is simpler on your side. Tracking is provided either way.
How much does a finished sample cost?
It depends on the product and the destination, so there is no flat figure. Send the specification and we will quote the sample cost together with the product quote, in the same email.
Can I send you a curtain I already have and ask you to match it?
Yes, and it is the fastest route. A physical reference removes most of the guesswork about fabric weight, heading and finishing. Send a photo first if you would rather not part with it yet.
Can I customise samples based on my own design?
Yes. Fabric, finished size, heading style, lining, sewing details and packaging can all be specified at sample stage, which is the point of making one.
Can branding be added to samples?
Yes. Woven or printed labels, hang tags, header cards and retail packaging can be built into the sample so you see the finished presentation, not just the curtain. See our private label page for the full programme.
Do you support international shipping?
Yes, worldwide, with tracking on every shipment.
What should be checked before approving a curtain sample?
Before approval, check the fabric and color, finished dimensions, heading style, workmanship, and labels, branding, or packaging where applicable. Approve the sample before bulk production begins.
