A good wholesale track order is not only a rail. Every track is supplied as a complete set: profile, runners, brackets, end covers and connectors, with fabric tape and accessory quantities matched to the curtain style.

All four motors are held in stock. Curtain box depth and wall-to-wall deduction decide the motor before torque does, so check those two rows first, then match track length and curtain weight.

All four support wireless remote control and obstacle detection. AM68, AM57 and DT52E75W allow manual pull during power failure; DT52E75W adds pull-to-start.
Remotes are 433 MHz with a range of up to 40 m through walls, matched to the motor brand: DOOYA DC2700 / DC2760 or A-OK AC123-01 / AC123-2.
Battery motors for rooms without a power point: DOOYA DT10 and A-OK AM50, the AM50 also in a Tuya Zigbee version; box depth and deduction confirmed per order.
The motor runs on a separate aluminium track in 1.3 mm, 1.6 mm or 2.0 mm wall thickness, supplied in 6 m, 6.3 m and 6.7 m, with an S-fold (wave) version of each.
Motorized parts are stocked separately for replacements: drive boxes for the 52, 68 and 82 motors and for ceiling-mounted motors, six-wheel, medium- and heavy-duty carriers, 90° and 135° curved sections, and drive belts. Which track is best for blackout curtains?
For heavier blackout curtains, choose a stronger aluminum profile, close bracket spacing, smooth runners, and enough side extension for stack-back.
Should a curtain and sheer pair use a double track or two single tracks?
Either works, depending on the window. Overseas orders mostly use single or double tracks. A double track carries both layers on one set of brackets, while two single tracks let each layer be mounted and spaced separately. Send the window width, mounting surface and both fabrics, and the track layout is confirmed before production.
How many runners does a curtain track need?
It depends on fullness. Fabric width = track length × fullness, and runners = fabric width ÷ runner spacing: 15 cm at 1.5×, 12 cm at 1.8×, 10 cm at 2.0× and 9 cm at 2.2×. A 3 m track at 2.0× fullness needs 60 runners. Fix one bracket every 50–60 cm.
What is the minimum order quantity for curtain tracks?
The MOQ is 50 sets per track type. A set is one track cut to length with its runners, brackets and end caps. Spare parts and accessories are quoted separately.
What is the production lead time for track orders?
Sampling takes 3–5 working days, not counting international shipping. Bulk production is about 30 days from the date the deposit is received, and a full 40HQ load runs 35–45 days. Motorized systems, custom lengths and non-standard finishes sit at the longer end of that range. Tell us your target arrival date when you request pricing so the schedule is confirmed before shipping is booked.
Can we order only runners, brackets, or spare parts without tracks?
Yes. Runners, master carriers, hooks, brackets, end covers, connectors, belts, and remotes can be quoted as separate accessory or spare-part orders. This suits project maintenance, replacement programs, and sellers who already stock profiles.
Can private label packaging be supported?
For suitable order quantities, track kits and accessories can be planned with retail packaging, labels, accessory bags, and carton marks for importers or e-commerce sellers.
What does a motorized track need that a manual track does not?
A deeper curtain box and clearance for the motor. Depending on the motor, the box must be 10–15 cm deep: at least 10 cm for the A-OK AM57 and DOOYA DT52E75W, 13 cm for the DOOYA DT82TN and 15 cm for the A-OK AM68. Wall-to-wall tracks need a 4–5.5 cm deduction for the motor, while window-only tracks add side extension instead. Confirm the motor before the curtain box is built.
