What You Can Customize
Four areas where DTC brands shape their product: base specs, construction, finishing, and brand identity.
1. Fabric & Sizing
Choose from stock and custom fabric options subject to current availability across blackout, sheer, linen, and velvet, or commission custom-woven fabrics from 800-1,000 meters minimum with Pantone color matching. Custom width and drop, including extra-long for floor-to-ceiling installations. Standard and metric sizing supported.
2. Construction & Workmanship
We produce all major heading styles to your brand specification:
- Ripplefold / S-fold — track gliders at 6 cm or 8 cm spacing; tape width 10.7 cm or 12.5 cm
- Pinch Pleat — single, double, or triple pleat (popular with US and Australian buyers)
- Wave Top — 7.5 cm nylon tape, woven or non-woven backing (favored by Australian and Canadian markets)
- Pencil Pleat — three-cord drawtape
- Grommet / Eyelet, Back Tab, Tab Top — also available
Sewing standards: 3 cm side hem and 7 cm bottom hem by default. Customizable to 4-5 cm sides and 8-10 cm bottoms. Full-roll header tapes and side tapes available on request.
3. Heat-Setting & Shape Memory
Industrial heat-setting locks pleat geometry, ripple shape, and dimensional stability — creating a permanent memory shape that holds after washing and re-hanging. Particularly important for ripplefold, S-fold, and pinch pleat curtains where shape retention is the visual signature. Each finished curtain undergoes piece-by-piece visual inspection against your approved sample before packaging.
4. Branding & Packaging
Labels: woven, printed, or heat-transfer; sewn-in or hangtag formats. Packaging: polybag, hangtag, retail box, branded carton, and FBA-compliant packaging including FNSKU stickers and suffocation warnings. No Dairui branding appears on finished goods — the product ships ready to retail under your name.

Certification and testing documentation depends on the selected fabric, product specification and project requirements. Applicable supplier-authorized documentation can be discussed and provided on request. For hospitality projects requiring flame-retardant performance, applicable testing and documentation should be confirmed for the selected material and order.

Around 30 days from deposit confirmation for in-stock fabrics. Recurring partners on monthly cycles often run a rolling production schedule, where the next order is placed before the previous one ships.
Do you require an exclusivity agreement?
No. We work non-exclusively, but we do not produce identical custom designs for competing brands in the same region.
