What's the return / replacement policy?
If a piece arrives damaged or doesn’t match the SKU ordered, we replace it free and ship to the same end customer. We require photo evidence within 14 days of delivery. Returns of customer fit-related issues (e.g., size confusion) are the brand’s responsibility.
Can I custom-size beyond the Semi-Custom Menu?
Yes, but it adds 1-2 production days. The Semi-Custom Menu is engineered for 24-hour pack speed; truly custom sizes fall outside the standard ticket and slow throughput slightly. Most brands stay on the menu and offer ‘Special Sizing’ as a premium upcharge to their customers.
