The Client
A U.S. interior design firm that delivers whole-home custom window treatments for high-end residential projects — from individual villas to multi-building apartment developments.
The Challenge
In high-end interiors, curtains have to look and hang exactly as designed. Across a whole home — or across dozens of units in a single development — any drift in fabric, color, or drape is immediately visible, and it reflects straight back on the designer. They needed a manufacturer who could hold premium quality consistent, project after project, at the scale their work demanded.
Our Solution
The firm specifies from our existing blackout and sheer fabric ranges, so material quality is known, repeatable, and easy to re-order for the next project. Every panel is heat-set at high temperature — a finishing step that gives a cleaner, more uniform drape, the detail that separates a high-end result from an ordinary one. Because these are design-led projects rather than off-the-shelf orders, we agree the production lead time together for each one, so it fits the project’s install schedule instead of forcing a fixed factory timeline.
The Results
Two to three whole-home and multi-unit projects every month — villa fit-outs and apartment developments spanning dozens of buildings — delivered with the same premium consistency each time. The partnership is ongoing.
